Community engager extraordinaire, Lisa put her talents for event planning, marketing, and outreach to work for the Department of Economic Development and Tourism in 2016. Seventeen years in events and fundraising equipped Lisa with the expertise for tourism development. Passion for local, regional, and state tourism comes naturally to this Virginia native. When she’s not touting Stafford’s tourism assets, Lisa dines out and watches flicks in the company of friends and family.

Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Penn Foster College. She is a Certified Government Meeting Planner. Lisa is proud that Stafford County received the Convention South Media Group’s Magazine Readers Choice Award for Marketing four years in a row.

Morgan Lynch

Marketing Manager

A proud graduate of North Stafford High School, Morgan knows Stafford County like the back of their hand. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in 2020 and swiftly moving on to earn a Master’s degree in 2021, both from Longwood University, Morgan has honed her skills and knowledge to expertly market our beloved county. Fueled by a passion for graphic design and a knack for organizing campaigns, Morgan is part of the driving force behind our visually stunning and strategically executed marketing initiatives. From eye-catching advertisements to engaging social media campaigns, Morgan ensures that Stafford County is showcased in its best light.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys reading, taking leisurely walks to explore the beauty of Stafford County, and spending quality time with family and friends. Her love for travel further enhances her understanding of what makes Stafford County a remarkable destination.

Marissa Adams

Tourism Marketing Specialist

Equipped with a Vocal Music Education degree from James Madison University along with 5 years of outside marketing and entrepreneurship experience, Marissa has a deep appreciation for the arts and a keen eye for captivating visuals and engagement. From crafting engaging social media content to designing eye-catching graphics, Marissa thrives in the dynamic world of digital marketing, fueled by the opportunity to connect with Stafford’s audience and share the wonders of Stafford with the world.

Beyond the office, you’ll often find Marissa exploring new destinations, ignited by a love for travel and a curiosity for different cultures. Eager to immerse herself in diverse experiences and connect with people form all walks of life, Marissa believes that every encounter is an opportunity for growth and inspiration. It’s also not uncommon to find Marissa diving into any creative hobby to occupy her time outside of the office around friends and family.

Brooke Mayausky

Tourism Data Specialist

Hi everyone! My name is Brooke Mayausky and I’m so excited to be joining the Tour Stafford team. I am a recent graduate of the University of Mary Washington and I received my Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Digital Studies. Throughout my time at the university, I was able to participate in various projects and internships through which I gained a greater understanding of current marketing practices and social media management strategies.

I am excited to continue learning more about the tourism marketing industry through collaborating with your local Stafford businesses! Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, trying new coffee shops, taking my dog for rides in her stroller. As a Stafford County native, I also love visiting new local restaurants, breweries, and shops. I look forward to meeting all of the TAG members and learning more about your businesses’ unique contributions to the county!
